At Dharav High School Ajmer Road, we take pride in nurturing global citizens by offering French and German languages starting from Grade 4. Our language programs are designed to inspire curiosity and make learning engaging through a variety of activity-based approaches. Our curriculum ensures that students complete the A1 and A2 levels of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) by Grade 10

Students participate in enriching events such as the French Olympiad, where they test their linguistic prowess on a competitive platform, and captivating French plays, which blend creativity and fluency. The rhythmic allure of French songs and poems, coupled with the vibrant energy of French dances, brings the language to life in an immersive cultural experience

Similarly, our German language curriculum incorporates dynamic activities like storytelling, role-play, and interactive games to ensure the students develop a strong foundation while enjoying the process. Each year, our students excel in the German International Exams, consistently achieving impressive results. These achievements open doors to scholarships for attending various camps across India. At these camps, students interact with peers from schools nationwide, enhancing their German language skills while fostering cultural exchange

Adding a unique dimension to our language program, French and German assistants visit the school periodically. These native or advanced speakers conduct workshops, provide real-life conversational practice, and enhance the linguistic skills of our students, ensuring they experience authentic accents and cultural nuances

We are proud to be an official FIT in Deutsch 1 and 2 Examination Center, enabling students from Jaipur and other prestigious schools in Ajmer to appear for the German International Exams. Several of our students have received scholarships through these exams, allowing them to participate in camps and further enrich their language abilities

Innovative Learning Methods

We integrate digital resources to make German learning interactive and effective. Students use digital books to practice listening skills and improve their writing. Karaoke sessions and peer conversations are regularly organized to refine speaking abilities in a playful and enjoyable manner

To further immerse students in the language, we dedicate one day each week to activities such as watching German movies or singing German songs, making learning fun and impactful
