The CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) is India's well-recognised national education board. It provides a flexible and comprehensive curriculum that balances academics and co-curriculars. It hones creativity and life skills. The Pre-Primary and Primary years focus on experiential learning, building strong foundations in subjects like Mathematics, English, Hindi, Foreign Language (will be introduced in grade IV), and Environmental Studies.

Our school offers education for students from Pre-Nursery to Grade V. We focus on providing a strong academic foundation in these early years following the CBSE curriculum.

Yes, our on-campus daycare, Dharav Recess, offers a safe, nurturing space for children after school hours. Designed to feel just like home, it’s a place where children can relax, play and continue learning through joyful, engaging activities in a warm and caring environment.

• Pre-Nursery to Grade II: The focus is on observation and informal assessments through play, participation, and activities.
• Grade III to Grade V: To assess the academic progress of the child, periodic formative and summative assessments. Continuous assessments through observations are based on the child’s social skills, behaviour, and participation in co-curricular activities.

We believe in the holistic development of children, and co-curricular activities play a vital role in the curriculum. The school offers a plethora of these activities which include:

• Outdoor Sports: Football, Paddle Court, Skating, Tennis, Cricket, Athletics, etc.

Summer Timing:

• Pre-Nursery & Nursery: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.*
• Prep to Grade V: 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Winter Timing:

• Pre-Nursery & Nursery - 9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.*
• Prep to Grade V – 8:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.

For the students of Pre-Nur/Nur who will be availing the bus facility, the timing will be the same as Prep–Grade V.

8:00 a.m.- 9:00 a.m.- Yoga, Dance, Music, etc.

12:00 noon-1:00 p.m. – Art & Craft, Storytelling, Roleplay, etc.

We follow a child-centric approach to early childhood education, focusing on the 4 Cs—Communication, Collaboration, Critical Thinking and Creativity. Our curriculum includes:

• Play-based learning for Pre-Nursery and Nursery, encouraging curiosity, creativity and problem-solving skills.
• Activity-based learning in Prep and Grades 1 and 2, helping students explore subjects through hands-on activities to promote experiential learning.

• Transfer Certificate.

• Proof of residence.
• In the case of Transfer Cases, the address proof can be provided before the child joins the class.
• Child’s Aadhaar Card.
• Parents’ Aadhaar Cards.
• Report card of previous class passed.
• Mid-term is 31st August of the session in which the admission is sought.
• No new admission will be granted after 31st August.
• Wherever applicable, an admission test will be conducted that will be general and age-appropriate.

• Yes, the school offers safe and convenient transportation for students.
• Our fleet of buses covers various routes. You can check the bus routes and timings with the transport department at the time of admission.
• Before admission and/or change in residence, parents should verify that adequate transport arrangements exist for their wards from the place of residence to the School and back. Deviation from the established route or a change in the schedule will not be permitted.
• A teacher, female helper, and conductor will escort the students on each bus route.
• Additionally, the buses are air-conditioned and GPS enabled. The students’ attendance on the bus will be recorded automatically through the Radio Frequency Identity Cards (RFID) that the students have to carry as they board the bus.
• Each bus is equipped with a CCTV camera and a First Aid Kit.

The school will provide students of Pre-Nursery, Nursery and Prep with a wholesome meal. This will help inculcate good eating habits and enhance independence. We have a nutritionist on board who designs a healthy menu that is gluten-free, lactose-free and sugar-free.

Yes, we conduct regular Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) to keep you updated on your child’s progress. PTMs offer a platform for parents to discuss the academic and behavioural development of their child with teachers.

Following the National Education Policy (NEP) and the National Curriculum Framework (NCF), the CBSE curriculum for early years (Pre-Nursery to Grade V) focuses on holistic development, promoting a blend of:

• Cognitive skills (thinking, reasoning, problem-solving)
• Motor skills (fine and gross motor development)
• Social-emotional learning (interaction, empathy, teamwork)
• Creativity (through arts, music and drama)
• Practical knowledge (hands-on learning, field trips).

‘New Education Policy’ 2020 is an effort to reduce the academic burden on the children and aims at grooming ethical, rational and compassionate citizens who not only think about themselves but also about the community and the world.

• Children will be engaged in several activities and assignments. This will be an ongoing process. To make the classroom teaching-learning process more joyful, Art Integrated Learning forms an integral part of the curriculum for connecting knowledge to life outside the school and using art as a medium for the learning process.
• Aligned with the NEP's vision, bagless days will be introduced to provide students with enriching, hands-on learning experiences beyond traditional academics, fostering creativity and practical skills in a joyful, stress-free environment.

The school communicates with parents through emails and the students’ almanac. The school will give regular updates to parents through the school portal and WhatsApp groups.

The new session starts in the first week of April every year. The school will notify the exact date during the orientation session.

Yes, it is a mandatory document for admission in grade 2 and above.

Yes, parents may apply for admission against the availability of seats. 31st August is recognised as the middle term. Admission can be sought till the middle of the session. No new admission will be granted after 31st August.

Starting Grade IV students are introduced to a third language wherein they are required to choose one from French, German, Spanish or Sanskrit. Students are required to study the chosen language till grade VIII without the option of changing it.

The constructive inputs and feedback from parents play an integral role in fostering a collaborative environment among our dedicated management, compassionate educators and the parent community. Through active participation in school events and unwavering support for the children, these parents contribute significantly to the seamless operation of the school. Their involvement is invaluable in sustaining a harmonious and conducive learning atmosphere for all students.

Teachers observe students’ day-to-day performance, and if a student requires extra attention, support is provided to them during the working school day. All students are encouraged to interact with teachers and ask questions/seek clarification should they need help.

The safety and well-being of all the students is of prime importance to us. A few of the safeguards in place:

• The classes are never left unsupervised. Each class has a female helper assigned to it.
• There are round-the-clock security guards and CCTV cameras at designated places.
• Security guards monitor the entry and exit of each visitor
• Identity cards provided to the students, parents and staff are mandatory for entering the school premises.
• Regular fire drills and safety audits will be carried out to ensure safety and security for all.
• Training sessions for the housekeeping staff, transport department and security guards are held regularly
• The school has a dedicated nurse in the medical room during school hours.
• The school doctor visits the school daily.
• An ambulance is always stationed at the school premises.
• General health check-ups are conducted for each child by the school doctor, which includes eye and dental check-ups.
• Regular supervision of cleanliness of the school campus, lunchroom and toilets.
• Fumigation of the school premises is also carried out regularly.

To apply for admission, you need to:

• Write an email to the headmistress.
• After getting an appointment, visit the school for an interaction.
• Submit the required documents at the school office.
• There will be an informal interaction with the parents and their ward for admission in Pre-Nur & Nur.
• In case of seeking an admission in Prep–Grade V, the child will be required to take a short assessment.
• Parents should complete the admission formalities by submitting the required documents, the Registration Fee, and the fee for the First Quarter.

Siblings will get a waiver on the Caution Money only at the discretion of the management.

• Pre Nursery to Prep: The student-teacher ratio is 1:10 and class size is 20
• Grade I to V : The student-teacher ratio is 1:15 and class size is 25

Yes, the classrooms are air-conditioned to ensure adequate comfort for the students during the summer months. The classrooms are also well-ventilated and brightly lit to make the most of the spring and autumn months so that the students enjoy nature in more moderate months.

• Pre-Nursery: The child should be 3 years as on 1st April of the academic year he/she is seeking admission in.
• Nursery: The child should be 4 years as on 1st April of the academic year he/she is seeking admission in.
• Class Prep: The child should be 5 years as on 1st April of the academic year he/she is seeking admission in.
• Class I: The child should be 6 years on 1st April of the academic year he/she is seeking admission in.
• Class II: The child should be 7 years as on 1st April of the academic year he/she is seeking admission in and so on for the rest of the classes.
• The Age Criteria is not flexible.
