Age Criteria

  • Class Prep - 5 years as on 1st April of the session the admission is sought in.
  • Class I - 6 years as on 1st April of the session the admission is sought in.
  • Class II - 7 years as on 1st April of the session the admission is sought in.
  • Class III: 8 years as on 1st April of the session the admission is sought in.
  • Class IV: 9 years as on 1st April of the session the admission is sought in.
  • Class V: 10 years as on 1st April of the session the admission is sought in.

*Age Criteria is not flexible.

Note:

  • Forms can be downloaded from the portal from 21 July, 2025 to 4 August, 2025.
  • Duly filled forms should be registered and deposited at School Administrative Office, Dharav High School, Gurugram on all working days between 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. from 21 July, 2025 to 8 August, 2025.
  • Verification of self-attested documents will be done at Dharav High School, Gurugram as per schedule provided at the time of registration of duly filled form. The child needs to accompany the parent at time of verification.
  • Submission of application does not guarantee admission, which will depend on the number of vacancies.
  • Incomplete / incorrect forms will not be processed.
  • Decision of the School Selection Committee for admission would be final.
  • School transport facility is available on existing routes only.
  • Forms of EWS / Disadvantaged group category will be available separately on the same dates.

Documents Required at the time of Admission::

  • Transfer Certificate
  • Birth Certificate
  • Proof of residence in case of Gurgaon residents.
  • In case of Transfer Cases, proof of residence can be provided prior to the child joining the class.
  • Aadhaar Card of Child.
  • Aadhaar Card of Parent
  • Report card of the previous class passed.
  • Mid Term is 31st August of the session in which the admission is sought in.
  • No new admission will be granted after 31st August.
  • Where ever applicable, an admission test will be conducted which will be general and age-appropriate.
