Teachers' Day Celebration: Pre- Nursery to II

“I have always felt that the true text-book for the pupil is his teacher.”
Mahatma Gandhi
We celebrate Teachers’ Day every year on 5th September in our country to mark the birth anniversary of Dr Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan who was a great scholar, teacher and philosopher. This day is celebrated to remember the vital role of teachers in our society.
Students of Grades Pre-Nursery-II celebrated this day by participating in different activities. An informative PPT related to the great educators of India was shown with the explanations for their contribution to the society. Students of grade II made a booklet having information related to the great educators of India. Students of grade I made beautiful cards for the first guru of their life- their mother. Little ones of Pre-Nursery and Nursery made beautiful cards for their loving teachers. Shining stars of Prep made a lovely card for Principal ma’am and presented her with lots of love.
It was a wonderful day as all did something special for their TEACHERS!!!
